Privacy Policy

Kavio is a SaaS platform that helps independent auto dealers manage inventory, leads, and their public dealership site. "Kavio," "we," and "our" refer to Doomrah Labs LLC, an Iowa limited liability company that operates kavioapp.com.

When you create an account or use the product, we collect:

• Account info: your name, email address, and hashed password.
• Dealership info: dealership name, subdomain, address, phone, license number, business hours, and branding assets you provide.
• Inventory data: vehicle details (VIN, make, model, photos, descriptions, pricing) you upload or generate.
• Lead data:messages submitted through your public dealership site by car shoppers, including the shopper's name, email, phone, and message.
• Operational logs: IP address, user-agent, and timestamps for security and rate limiting.

• To run the product you signed up for.
• To send transactional email (account verification, password reset, lead notifications) via Resend.
• To prevent abuse and protect dealer accounts.
• To respond to support requests when you contact us directly.

We do not sell your data. We do not share lead data between dealerships.

Your data is stored on infrastructure operated by Neon (Postgres database), Vercel (application hosting and Blob storage for uploaded photos and logos), and Resend (transactional email delivery). Each is bound by their own data-protection terms, which we rely on as our subprocessors.

Kavio uses a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

• You can edit dealership details and branding from the Settings page at any time.
• You can request deletion of your account and dealership data by emailing us (see below). We will purge live records and honor the request within 30 days, subject to backup-retention windows.

Kavio is a B2B product and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to active dealers. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
