Terms of Service

By creating a Kavio account or using the service at kavioapp.com, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. "Kavio," "we," and "our" refer to Doomrah Labs LLC, an Iowa limited liability company that operates kavioapp.com; "you" refers to the dealership and the individuals you authorize to use the account.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to publish unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading content.
• List vehicles you do not have legal authority to sell.
• Upload malware, attempt to disrupt the service, or probe for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure.
• Send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or harassment from any address you operate via Kavio.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service in ways not contemplated by your subscription.

You retain ownership of vehicle listings, photos, branding, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant Kavio a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process Your Content solely to operate the service for you and the visitors of your dealership site.

You represent that you have the rights to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

New accounts include a 60-day free trial. During the trial, no payment information is required. Paid plans, billing, and cancellation terms will be presented in-product when they go live; until then, the service is provided on a best-effort basis with no fee.

We work hard to keep Kavio running but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be preserved indefinitely.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kavio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or US $100, whichever is greater.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when reasonably possible.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to active dealers and will take effect on the date listed at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Iowa, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
